    Our team can design a fully customized brochure specific to your needs, with content we write on your behalf, or content you provide from existing material. If your organization has a preferred template, we can integrate its best elements, while leveraging our industry experience to deliver a compelling message.
  1. Printing & Mailing
    We are committed to executing your printing and mailing on time, every time. Valid addresses from previously utilized lists can be recycled, and public databases can be queried to determine new addresses not already captured.
  1. Payment Processing
    With traditional and online options, subscribing members can choose their preferred payment method. Our secure web-based portal offers a convenient solution to credit card processing, mail can be addressed to our location for streamlined data entry and account reconciliation, and reports can be issued attesting to all transactions and providing complete transparency.
  1. Data Entry & Billing Integration
    Harnessing the power of Pangea, an industry-leading software application which improves how EMS organizations interact with their subscribing members and incorporate member data into billing operations, we will input information, manage it internally, and make it accessible to you. If you choose, we can also make it available to the companies with whom you have reciprocal agreements. And, we can make Pangea available to, or integrated with, your billing operation, whether in-house or third party.

  1. Client Care & Timelines
    You will have a designated point of contact responsible for ensuring your total satisfaction. An agreement will be established with a mutually determined timeline, and planning will begin once the contract is signed by both parties. A lead time of at least 90 days in advance of the mailing date is required. Exceptions may be made for expedited timelines, based on circumstances.

    Our team has a number of expanded services designed to meet the needs of your organization. These services range from project feasibility studies, to capital campaign design, management and implementation. Other services include brand design and photography and custom event coordination.
