Education & Training Platforms

Our experienced trainers can deliver programs from the American Red Cross and American Heart Association, along with basic certification and continuing education courses in both clinical and vehicle operations.

Over three decades in a leadership role within the Fire industry has enabled us to administer a number of local level training programs, on either a singular or recurring basis.

Supplement your existing management training through our hands-on approach to practical training based on real world scenarios. Designed for entry and mid-level managers, we explore challenging situations for which no blueprint exists.

Practical Exam Manager
The Practical Exam Manager (PEM) is a web-based software program developed to meet the needs of credentialing entities responsible for the coordination and testing of EMS students. Developed in cooperation with the Emergency Health Services Federation (a regional EMS council in Pennsylvania), PEM eliminates a number of challenges experienced during the administration of the EMS testing process.

Key features include the listing of practical exams throughout the region, tracking test results and entering payroll information. Training institutes are able to enter in classes, coordinators and eligibility results.

Regional EMS councils receive preferred pricing.
